When we decided to install a solar power system we approached 4 companies to provide quotes. One company never responded, two quoted over the phone using Google MAPS and two visited our home. The first did all their work inside the house using Google MAPS. However, when Solar Earth Solutions came, Klaus spent some time with us looking at our power consumption and needs. The site visit also included climbing up onto the roof and looking into the main power board. While Solar Earth Solutions wasn’t the lowest in cost, it was obvious to us from our first meeting that we would receive top quality equipment and service. Solar Earth Solutions installed a 5 KW solar power system with 19 panels on our double storey home in Mindarie in 2015. We were very happy with the service and product that Klaus Henkel and the Solar Earth Solutions Team provided. The installation ran very smoothly and the team of installers were very reliable and courteous. They kept their work area very clean and Klaus came to oversee their work during the installation.

The invertor has run very well since it was installed. It cost a little more to purchase this system but it has been worth it. Our power bills have been reduced by approx. 50%. Klaus, I am very pleased with the photo voltaic system you installed at my home in January 2016. You managed to install 12 panels totally out of sight which pleased my wife immensely. Apparently she doesn’t think they are attractive. Despite this less than perfect orientation I am still getting a very good output. I put this down to good design. The system is performing beyond our expectations and certainly within the parameters you described in your quote prior to installation. I must say that yours was not the “cheapest” quote (although by not a large margin), but the quality of the components used and the faultless performance easily compensates us for the very small increase in cost. Jon was very thrilled when he got his last Synergy bill to see he was given credit by Synergy. My bill was good too: 14 Nov – 15 Jan = 63 days. RE Renewable Energy = 887 units Home Plan (A) = 606 units Average daily consumption = 10 units Credit = $290.70 Centrelink is still counting feed in tariffs paid as “cash” whether by cheque or direct deposit as “income” so I’ve left it there till I figure out how to put the money towards a future solar aircon. I think I will have to let it out in little bits so it does not upset my part pension. Regards Astrid
